Check Your Devices and Connection

1. Use the original cables provided with your devices.
2. Make sure your streaming PC or laptop's Type-C port supports USB 3.2 Gen 2 or above.
3. Check that both your display and console (PS5, PS4 Pro, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One X) support HDMI 2.1 connection.
4. If your monitor supports built-in DSC (Display Stream Compression), be aware that the maximum supported video pass-through might be 4K120.
